ORDERING ON PRINCE OF SUN
Prince of Sun has traveled throughout to bring connoisseurs everywhere wonderful handmade products crafted by exceptional artisans. Prince of Sun, inspired by his travels, also offers a selection of articles from his own label Prince of Sun.
Most of the products you see online are ready to ship. Others will be crafted specifically for you. The preparation time will be clearly stated in the product page. At checkout, we accept most credit cards, Redsys and bank transfer. Once you order is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro) and Redsys. Bank transfer is also available. Our prices are listed in EUR.
SHIPPING
We ship in more than 50 countries around the world: you can select your shipping destination while you browse or at checkout. Orders are shipped from Spain, or directly from the artisan’s workshop. They are safely and securely delivered to your home with the best shipping carriers. All shipments are insured for the whole value of the product. This will guarantee your order reaches you in perfect conditions.
Shipping times are clearly displayed in each product page, while final shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Customers in the EU, USA and Canada do not have to worry about duties, as they are either not due or pre-paid by Prince of Sun. Orders shipped outside the European Union, USA or Canada may be subject to taxes.

Purchased products shall be delivered to the address indicated by you in the order.
In case of payment by bank transfer, deliveries shall be sent once the transfer has been received.
For each order, Prince of Sun shall invoice the purchased products by email, pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations. The invoice will be based upon the information provided by you at the time of the order. No alterations to the invoice are possible after the invoice has been issued.
Delivery charges shall be borne by you and are indicated separately on the order form and invoice, unless otherwise provided.
Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties. Prince of Sun pre-pays duties for all orders shipping to the United States and Canada, so those customers are not subject to extra costs. Orders shipped outside EU, USA or Canada may be subject to import taxes.
The purchased product shall be delivered by a courier service selected by Prince of Sun; the purchased products will be delivered on working days (thus excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays) within the term indicated during the check out process.
At the time of delivery of the purchased products by the Courier, you (or a nominated representative) is required to verify:
- that the number of items being delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note.
- that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any manner.
Any damages to the packaging and/or the product, or discrepancies in the number of items or documentation must be immediately indicated in writing on the Courier’s delivery note. Once the Courier’s document has been signed and no objection has been raised by you, you may not make any objection to the exterior characteristics of the delivered parcel.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can safely return it within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. We do not charge any restocking fees. The return process is straightforward: just contact Prince of Sun team and they will guide and assist you step by step. Once the return process has been explained, you will have to contact the courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you. You can ship the product back in its original packaging, with a courier of your choice. The return shipping and import duties back to Spain (if any) will be sustained by the customer.
The products shall not have been used or damaged; the products shall be returned in their original packaging, which is an integral part of the products.
You can return the products to Prince of Sun by packaging the relevant products securely and sending them, at your own risk and cost, to the Prince of Sun using your return number (as provided via the online Return Form). For your protection, we recommend that you use a courier service if you choose to return the goods other than via the pre-paid mechanism and approved courier as detailed at clause.
Once the products reach our warehouse and are confirmed to be in the same state they were initially shipped, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Many of the items sold on www.princeofsun.com are made especially for you after you place your order. Prince of Sun generally accepts returns in many in-stock items, excluding final sale items. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following items, exceptions are indicated on each product page. For example, sales of the following items are considered final:
- Customized items
- Made to Order items
- Vintage Items
- Fine jewelry
- Art work
